From a dusty little shop in mid city New Orleans, just minutes from the River, we offer an artful and unique experience for today’s discerning guitar enthusiast.
The work that you see here is the culmination of several decades of refinement, with the input of professional musicians, paying careful attention to precise geometries and the details of fit. These designs have proven themselves time and time again on stage, on the road, and in the studio. We believe that the accuracy of those efforts translates directly into the voice and longevity of these instruments.
A guitar's sound begins with the wood, and to that end, we have stockpiled choice cuts from around the globe with special emphasis given to the Pacific northwest and southeast Louisiana.

We have enough experience to know what is real and what is hyperbole, and we have put in the years to become masterful at what we do, undoubtedly shaped by one of the last great bohemias in an increasingly homogenized world.

About the builder
​
I came upon lutherie with a background in sculpture. This skill set has served me well as those same tenets of proportion, rhythm and form are paths that I know intuitively, and I feel they apply quite naturally to this instrument.
​
As a builder, I see this as my opportunity to contribute to the ongoing conversation of the guitar and hopefully spread some beauty and creativity through the work that I do.
